Hanli offers a "14-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee" (excluding "Non-Returnable Products") to ensure your peace of mind when shopping. If the product is returned in its original condition, simply send it back along with a copy of the invoice within 14 days of delivery. We will then:

To initiate a return:
