About Eriko Sato "Kazenoko":
In 2006, he began creating under the name "Kazenoko" (The Call of the Wind). He utilizes the unique properties of stones and clay to create Buddhist statues.
He also creates natural decorations using plants and moss, such as moss bonsai and moss landscapes.
From a young age, he has been contemplating questions like "What is life? What is death? What is the meaning of being alive?"
Now, Kazenoko - Eriko Sato is engaged in something wonderful, continuing the traditional practice of expressing the connection between nature, spirituality, and life through his creations.
His ancestors were among the priests who followed Jikaku Daishi Ennin, the founder of the Ryoanji Temple in Kyoto.
