Tibetan Brass Tingsha Cymbals / Tingsha Bells - Medium (Direct Import from Nepal) (Random Pattern)

In Tibetan, it is called "Tingsha" which can be translated as "碰鈴" in Chinese. In ancient times, stars and bells were referred to as musical instruments that resonated with each other.

Due to its portability, many people now use it as a tool for mindfulness meditation, using the sound of the Tingsha to bring themselves back to the present moment.

How to use Tingsha:
1. Hold the leather string with both hands and gently strike the rims of both cymbals
2. Tap the bell lightly to create a cross shape
