Shipping Lead Time
Order will be confirmed within two days after you have placed the order. 
If the items are all available, Hanli will pass the package to the courier within 2 business days.
Courier will deliver the package within 2-3 business days.

Pick up at Hanli Store and SF Station

Hanli will send out a confirmation email to you once the order is ready. 
Please show your email and confirmation number to our staff. We may need to ask you for other information as to confirm your identity  (Including your registered name and contact number ) as to protect your personal interest. 

Order should be ready within 2-3 business days. If a product is back ordered, we will send an email to you for further arrangement. 

Pick up at SF Station or Locker

If you will pick up at SF stations or lockers, SF will send a SMS to you. Please show your SMS message to the SF staff. SF staff may ask you for other information as to confirm your identity  (Including your registered name and contact number ) as to protect your personal interest. 

If you have placed several orders, we may need more time to pack the package. Average time is around 2-5 business days.

Remarks:

If your package is being returned because of the address is incorrect, it is a PO Box address, hotel or an address that can not be delivered, unable to provide ID copies,  cannot compile with custom policy or the package is rejected by receiver, we will have to charge an additional shipping charge as to deliver the package again. The shipping paid earlier will not be refunded.
