Tibetan Brass Cymbals / Tingsha - Medium (Direct Import from Nepal) (Random Pattern)
Tibetan Tingsha is an instrument where two small cymbals are joined together with a leather strap. Tingsha or Ting Sha is used in prayers and rituals by the Tibetan Buddhist practitioners. It is also used to prepare for healing, space cleansing, meditation and sound therapy treatment. When the cymbals are struck together, they produce a pure, clear and soothing sound that instantly strike an echo within the heart; and heal and cleanse the energy in the area filled with the sound of it. This rich sound awakens one awareness, calls ones to remember who one is, and to recognise one's priorities in life. It can also be used to focus one's mind before and after meditation.
